Order information: 

Coffee carts & ice cream carts are on single pallets bikes are on double pallets. You can also pick it up from our warehouse in Sydney for free & arrange your freight.

Warranty: 1 year. Not covered for cosmetic damage caused from use.

30-day refund policy: Should you need to refund please contact us with your valid reason. Please not simply change your mind is not a valid reason. Return the unopened product in unused condition within 30 days for a refund excluding freight. We can't take back used products under any circumstance.

Shipping: Bike’s & carts parts are packed to avoid damage on rare occasions there may be some minor scuff marks to the parts when they arrive by third-party freight carrier straps we don’t cover small cosmetic marks. These are off road bikes we advise storing any products in a separate chest freezer overnight & use our carts for service at events. The buyer takes responsibility when it signs off on the shipment after delivery by thus stating the cargo was in good condition.

Faulty items: Should you receive an item you believe to be faulty or not as advertised & supply us evidence of this rather than returning the products we can choose to repair the product or send a replacement part. In the event of a freezer issue such a compressor prior to sending a replacement, we require the freezer be returned or a report from the technician to prove it was malfunction not the result of a client using it incorrectly.

• DO NOT charge the battery at home or in any residential building.
  Always charge in a well-ventilated commercial or outdoor space, away from flammable materials.
• ONLY use the charger provided with your cart. Third-party chargers may cause overheating or fire.
• DO NOT leave the battery charging unattended, especially overnight.
• NEVER attempt to open, tamper with, or modify the battery.

• Store the cart (and battery) in a cool, dry area, ideally between 10°C and 25°C.
• Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or enclosed vehicles for extended periods.
• If storing for more than 2 weeks, ensure the battery is charged to 50–70% to prevent degradation.
• Check battery status every 4 weeks during storage and recharge slightly if it drops too low.
