Freight charges: Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra & the gold Coast are $550 to deliver Adelaide $650 & Perth $1,350. Units are delivered 1-3 weeks (Melb - Syd - Bris- ACT often 3-5 days) after the order in Australia fully assembled. If you are in regional centre outside of city please contact us directly for the freight quote. Parts may change based on international supply. Coffee Carts & ice cream carts are on single pallets bike are on double pallets.

Payments: PayPal / EFT or credit card. Full payment for the product & shipping is required prior to goods being shipped.
30-day refund policy: Should you need to refund please contact us with your valid reason. Please not simply changing your mind is not a valid reason. Simply return the unopened product in pristine condition within 30 days for an 80% refund excluding freight. Sorry, but we can't take back used bikes under any circumstance.
Faulty items: Should you receive an item you believe to be faulty & supply us evidence of this rather than returning the products we can choose to repair the product for you.
Shipping: Bike/cart parts are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent shipping damage, it is unlikely, but possible that there may be some slight damage or scratches to the parts when they arrive especially to remote locations in outback areas. Whilst we do our absolute best to avoid any damage it sometimes does occur. As part of the shipping process we take out insurance for up to $100 for shipping damage, this includes scratches caused by rough handling by the different couriers, but being up-front I can advise it's difficult to claim. Please be aware of this fact when ordering your bike/cart. We will do our absolute best to help you should any damage occur but we are not responsible for shipping damage. The buyer takes responsibility when it signs off on the shipment after delivery by essentially stating the cargo was in good condition when they received it
