Built by hardworking Australian tradesmen every component including the gorgeous teak wooden top has be sourced from Australian suppliers & retailers. Our ethos behind this product is to support local tradesmen & suppliers to develop our products in an ethically sustainable manner bringing jobs back onshore.
These carts can also be used for food, smoothies, merchandise or promotional carts. Our carts are in Australia don't wait for long overseas freight. Important to note our units come fully installed.

Freight charges FULLY INSTALLED: NSW / VIC / QLD are $450 to deliver SA $650 & Perth $950. We deliver door to door to Europe & the US for $1,500 AUD flat packed. Units are delivered 2-3 weeks after the order in Australia fully assembled.

Payments: PayPal / EFT or credit card. Full payment for the product & shipping is required prior to goods being shipped
30-day refund policy: Should you need to refund please contact us with your valid reason. Please not simply changing your mind is not a valid reason. Simply return the unopened product in pristine condition within 30 days for an 80% refund excluding freight. Sorry, but we can't take back used bikes under any circumstance.
Faulty items: Should you receive an item you believe to be faulty & supply us evidence of this rather than returning the products we can choose to repair the product for you
Shipping: Bike/cart parts are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent shipping damage, it is unlikely, but possible that there may be some slight damage or scratches to the parts when they arrive especially to remote locations in outback areas. Whilst we do our absolute best to avoid any damage it sometimes does occur. As part of the shipping process we take out insurance for up to $100 for shipping damage, this includes scratches caused by rough handling by the different couriers, but being up-front I can advise it's difficult to claim. Please be aware of this fact when ordering your bike/cart. We will do our absolute best to help you should any damage occur but we are not responsible for shipping damage. The buyer takes responsibility when it signs off on the shipment after delivery by essentially stating the cargo was in good condition when they received it.
